Our experienced, multidisciplinary team of registered professionals offers confidential, evidence-based support tailored to the unique experiences of active-duty military members, veterans, and first-responders. Our services include: Individual counselling, complex trauma therapy, assessment services, including re-assessments and medical questionnaires.
We utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to address conditions such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, and Anxiety. These include:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), grief and loss counselling.

Assessment Services
We provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help gain a clearer understanding of individual strengths, weaknesses and needs. Our services include psychoeducational assessments, autism assessments, ADHD assessments and general assessments.

Direct Billing is available for Medavie Blue Cross, Alberta Blue Cross, Sun Life, Telus E-Claims, Canada Life, & NIHB. Please Contact us to determine if we can direct bill with your insurance company.
If we are not able to direct bill, payment is made at the time of your appointment by debit or credit card. If your insurance company covers services, your paid invoice can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
