    Individual Counselling

    Counselling for Children Age 4+

    Our therapists have specialized training and experience in child and adolescent development. Our expertise covers a broad spectrum of challenges, including behavioural and developmental issues, adjustment to major life events like divorce, and difficulties with communication and peer relationships. We also assist with coping strategies for bullying, learning disorders, and traumatic experiences.

    Our therapeutic approach aims to help young clients manage various aspects of their lives, from family dynamics and social development, to the impacts of technology and social media. The primary goal is to foster resilience and assist clients and their families in overcoming distress.

    Couples Counselling

    Our therapists support couples and families build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. We assist partners in enhancing communication and navigating the challenges inherent in committed relationships, which can arise at any stage. Areas of focus include addressing conflicts related to intimacy, finances, trust, work-life balance, cultural differences, and familial dynamics.

    Recognizing that spousal conflict often creates tension throughout the household, our services extend to family therapy. We work with families to resolve issues such as persistent arguing, communication breakdown, and anger management, fostering a more harmonious home environment.

  • Veterans & Military Counselling

    Direct Billing with Medavie Blue Cross

    Our experienced, multidisciplinary team of registered professionals offers confidential, evidence-based support tailored to the unique experiences of active-duty military members, veterans, and first-responders. Our services include: Individual counselling, complex trauma therapy, assessment services, including reassessments and medical questionnaires.

    We utilize a range of therapeutic modalities to address conditions such as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. These include:
    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), grief and loss counselling.

    Our collaborative commitment is to provide a supportive environment and effective care to help our clients navigate their challenges and improve their quality of life.

    Parenting Counselling

    Counselling for parents offers a supportive and confidential environment to navigate the unique challenges and rewards of raising a family. This collaborative process allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours related to parenting. Together, we will work to develop new coping strategies, improve communication, and set achievable goals to enhance your well-being and foster a more positive and resilient family dynamic.   • Art Therapy Age 6+

    Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and understanding. Using imagery, colour and shape as part of this creative therapeutic process, thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate.

    Randi offers Art Therapy for children Age 6+.

    Assessment Services

    We provide comprehensive psychological assessments to help gain a clearer understanding of individual strengths, weaknesses, and needs. Our services include Psychoeducational Assessments, Autism Assessments, ADHD Assessments, and General Assessments.

    Using objective, standardized measures, our evaluation process is designed to identify underlying factors that may be impacting learning, behaviour, or relationships. Each assessment begins with a thorough interview and concludes with a detailed report outlining our findings and providing clear recommendations for moving forward, including advocating for necessary school accommodations to optimize learning environments.

    Direct Billing is available for Medavie Blue Cross, Alberta Blue Cross, Telus E-Claims, Canada Life, & NIHB. Please Contact us to determine if we can direct bill with your insurance company. SunLife direct billing is coming soon.

    If we are not able to direct bill, payment is made at the time of your appointment by debit or credit card. If your insurance company covers services, your paid invoice can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
