Through regular supervision and participation in training sessions and case consultation meetings, our interns receive valuable hands-on experience and mentorship to enhance their skills and knowledge. This structured approach ensures that our interns are well-prepared to provide high-quality care and support to our clients, while also fostering their professional growth and development.

Alanna is an intern counsellor who values authenticity and the strength of a trusting therapeutic relationship. She brings warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to listening, creating space where clients feel truly heard and supported.
She uses a client-centered, collaborative approach that supports clients in having agency and direction in their own healing. Alanna believes that change happens when people feel seen, actively engaged, and aligned with what matters most to them.
She has experience offering counselling support to adult students in post-secondary education, supporting a wide range of concerns. Alanna welcomes everyone with openness and respect.
