Joanna Osinchuk
Joanna is a personable therapist who is passionate about utilizing a strengths-based and client centered approach to bring forth and build on client strengths and capabilities. Joanna works with children (4+), adolescents and adults. She utilizes a trauma-informed lens and evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). Joanna integrates therapeutic play and art techniques into her work with children and adolescents. Joanna believes in the importance of creating a welcoming, comfortable environment and working with clients to find an approach to meeting goals that feels meaningful for each unique individual.
