Jeremy Layton

With a background treating addictions, anxiety, depression, and trauma, Jeremy understands the heaviness both individuals and couples carry around. Jeremy's collaborative and strengths focused approach includes the use of Cognitive-Behavioural and Emotionally Focused Therapies, as well as EMDR. Jeremy works with the ideas both individuals and couples have about themselves and the world around them to help create a clearer image of the road ahead. He believes that people are doing the best they can with the resources they currently have; therapy can be an opportunity to expand those resources. Jeremy looks to help his client's explore their experiences, validate the weight of lived stories, and write new chapters.
