Brynn Hanson

Brynn Hanson is a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting individuals across university and private practice settings. She works with clients 14yrs + navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, communication difficulties, low confidence, or challenging life transitions.

Brynn believes that therapy is a collaborative process and strives to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to explore their experiences. She works alongside clients to develop practical coping strategies, strengthen self-understanding, improve relationships, and create meaningful change that aligns with their values and goals.

Her approach is grounded in strength-based therapy and incorporates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). Brynn places a strong emphasis on connection, authenticity, and collaboration as the foundation for effective therapy.

Brynn also has specialized training and a particular interest in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the many emotional transitions that can come with becoming and being a parent.
